Initial Consultation 

Contact us by phone or through our online form to schedule a no-obligation consultation. We'll discuss your vision for your custom home, preferred location or building lot, lifestyle needs, budget, and overall goals. This meeting helps us understand exactly what you're looking for before the design process begins.

Design & Planning 

We'll work closely with you and our design team to develop a custom floor plan tailored to your family's needs and style. During this phase, we'll review layout options, exterior finishes, interior features, and any inspiration you've gathered while ensuring the design aligns with your budget.

Proposal & Contract 

Once the design is finalized, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining project costs, allowances, construction timeline, and the scope of work. We'll review every detail together, answer your questions, and make any necessary adjustments before preparing the final construction contract for approval. 

Pre-Construction

After the contract is signed, we'll begin preparing your project for construction. This includes finalizing construction plans, obtaining permits, coordinating engineering and inspections, ordering materials, and establishing a construction schedule. Before breaking ground, we'll hold a pre-construction meeting to review the process and answer any remaining questions. 

Home Construction 

With everything in place, construction officially begins. Throughout each stage—from site preparation and foundation to framing, roofing, mechanical systems, and interior finishes—our team will keep you informed with regular progress updates and ensure every detail is built to the highest standards. 

Final Walkthrough & Move-In 

As construction wraps up, we'll complete a comprehensive walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We'll address any final touch-ups, review your home's features and warranty information, and celebrate the completion of your new custom home.
